Natural Roasted Peanuts

Experience the taste of Finnish house crickets at its purest. Sprinkle in your porridge, salad, muesli, yogurt or smoothie. It’s easy to rapidly warm them with a little oil and your favourite spices as well.

Ingredients

Cricket Muffin

1 egg
120ml milk
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
200g plain flour
100g caster sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
10g whole crickets

1. Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6. Grease muffin tin or use bun paper cases.

2. Beat egg with a fork. Then stir in milk and oil. Sift flour into a large bowl. Add sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg mixture to flour and stir until flour is moistened.

3. Add the Northern Forest Whole Crickets and mix well.

4. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
